I used a small quantity of the Baharat spice blend to rub into a whole chicken for roasting. It is such a rounded earthy spiced flavour with peppery notes. Both of my children use an iPad every day and I’ve lost count the number of times they have dropped it. Each time, I just hold my breathe hoping that they didn’t break the screen or anything else. So far, no major damage except a few scratches. I have always kept an eye out for a better child-friendly iPad cover. We had tried the OtterBox iPad case but they are too heavy for my children, so we switched a more run-of-the-mill iPad casing which don’t really provide much protection at all.
