Christmas Gifts for Mum 2014

5 December 2014 by Eileen

I have always been a big fan of the colour red! Just like my blog, I love to display red wording or colour on my photos. Also, I happen to have three red coats! Some people might think that I never change coats! Anyway, earlier this year, I came across Red Candy. They sell a range of RED coloured funky household items! They have an amazing range of choices. If you are considering changing the colour scheme in your house to red, you should have a look at their site.

They have compiled a gift list which is great for mums like me who love red and love their kitchen items. They have:

Christmas Gifts for Mum 2014

  1. Alessi Big Love Ice Cream Bowl – Fuchsia, £29.50
  2. Joseph Joseph Bottle Tops Worktop Saver, £16.90
  3. Jumbo Cutlery Drainer – Grey, £12.50
  4. Typhoon Retro Buick Red Scales, £24.50
  5. Joseph Joseph Nest 7 Plus, £23.40
  6. Alessi Duck Timer – White, £35
  7. Sagaform Club Champagne Glasses – Sets of 2, £11.95
  8. Kitchen Utensils Bookend, £18
  9. Koziol Kasimir Cheese Grater, £8.90

Out of those, I have picked the Joseph Joseph Bottle Tops Worktop Saver. I love Joseph Joseph kitchen items. They are always vibrant, well designed, functional and great quality. This worktop saver measures 30 cm by 40 cm. It is made from toughened glass with non-slip feet. They also give a lifetime guarantee against breakage. That is great peace of mind! The glass surface has a wavy top and it is odour and stain resistant. It is great for preparing food, using it as a serving tray or to protect the pots and pans from burning the table top. This is very lightweight and easy to clean. I love the colour and the finish of the materials.

I would recommend it to anyone. It is a lovely item to receive. The Christmas gifts list as a whole are some great suggestions and definitely great for any ladies who love their kitchen!

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
