Introducing the new Breville 2 & 4 slice Toaster that is a perfect fit for Warburtons® ‘Toastie’ loaf and alongside all other Warburton’s loaves that toasts completely to the top! This Breville toaster is available in a 2 and 4 slice variant. It contains deeper and wider bread slots than other toasters available on the market.
Recently, we have been putting this Breville toaster to the test with some creative brekkies for my children during this Easter break. This toaster comes with a premium high shine stainless steel and a Look & Lift facility. This Look & Lift facility allows you to view your toast’s progress without cancelling the cycle. My old toaster didn’t have this function and there were countless times where we had to cancel the cycle and then readjust the setting again.
On the front panel, it comes with these three buttons: cancel, frozen bread and reheat. The cancel button can be pressed any time to stop toasting. The frozen bread button will extend the toasting time to allow the bread time to defrost. The reheat button will heat up toast that has cooled or gone cold.
The browning control comes with an easy rotating knot with settings from 1 to 6. These are how the toasts look with the browning setting on 2, 3 and 4.
As you can see it toasts quite evenly right to the top but not on one of the corners of the toast where it always gets slightly burnt. So far I am impressed that it is able to fit variable width breads for thick or thin slice and it toasts through the bread.
This toaster also come with two removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. At the bottom of the toaster, it comes with non-slip feet which keeps it steady.
We rarely get so creative during school time. However, since the kids have been on their Easter break, we’ve spent a bit more time creating these yummy looking toasts!
