Marks & Spencer 2017 School Uniform
First day at school is a huge milestone for children and even parents, and it is easy for them to become anxious about new routines after a long summer break and social situations. As many of you know, Marks & Spencer (M&S) has been making uniforms for decades, and knows what it takes to keep your child smart, confident and comfortable through the school day. Matalan School Uniform Review
This summer, I waited until the very last minute to pick up the kids school uniforms which is not ideal at all! When I looked at the Matalan Schoolwear website, there were already a few popular designs out of stock. Luckily, Ms C is not too fussy about the design.
This is my first time trying out Matalan school uniforms so I had no idea of the quality and sizes. But I had read a few reviews and they all recommended them. Ordering online was a breeze helped with plenty of photos of each item. Also all the items are very reasonably priced and great value. Impressively, within a few days, my delivery arrived with the full order.

My son’s Sports Day
Yesterday was my son’s first sports day. He had been excited for over a week since he had been practising during normal classes last week. The day before sports day, he pleaded for me to go and watch him. He knows that I am not a fan of sports. Anyway, on this hot and sunny day, I sat on the grass along with all excited parents and their family. Some of them even brought their own picnic, blankets and chairs. I, however, was equipped with mobile, iPad and camera!

Low Noise Firework Display By Saxon Hill School
This is our 4th year attending Low Noise Fireworks organised by Saxon Hill School, the emphasis being completely visual with the noise reduced to a minimum.
Each year that we have attended, the weather has always rained and this year unfortunately was no different. When we reached the school, we were greeted by the ushers who directed us to the car park. The entrance fee has always been very affordable. Usually, the ticket price includes a glow stick but this year we had to pay 50p for each.
