Exploring the World with Science
Recently, we had fun learning through educational STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) focused activities at home. We have got involved in a few science activities like the water tornado, absorbing science, colourful sugar and potato clock!
Both of my children love science as long as we make it interesting and not bore them with too much information. Last week, we have received the Digital Metal Detector and Double Globe Planetarium from Trends UK to write about our opinion on how girls vs. boys in the family view science and science projects.

This is following phenomenal success in Japan, with the launch of a range of stackable and collectible soft toys featuring favourite Disney characters from Mickey and Minnie Mouse to Dumbo, Donald Duck, Frozen characters and many more.

The soft toys are designed to be stacked big and high, the soft and cuddly toys are available in small (RRP £3), medium (RRP £10) and large sizes (RRP £20), allowing each individual to build a collection of their most adored Disney characters.
Getting into Frozen Character, Elsa
The popularity of the Frozen movie has been phenomenal from the moment it graced the cinemas in 2013. All the little girls wanted to be like Elsa, the Snow Queen! My daughter, Ms C is the same too! She loves the movie and is mad for all things Frozen including of the dress, plush toys, dolls, wallpaper etc.!
She was so thrilled when she saw this 2 in 1 Frozen Magic Snow Sleeve from Flair and gorgeous Frozen Elsa Deluxe dress from Rubies.

Pie Face Review
Dare to risk getting cream on your face? I think Pie Face is one of the most exciting and fun dare games for children and adults! It is all down to luck!
Pie Face is suitable for children aged four and above. Inside the box, there is 1 pie thrower, 1 throwing arm, 2 yellow handles, 1 chin rest, 1 splash card mask, 1 spinner and 1 small sponge. There are no batteries required for this machine. Piecing together is straightforward but I find it hard to slot in the splash card mask to the underside of the chin rest to secure the mask in place. So I just left the card hanging on the edge which still works fine.

My Daughter’s Top Toys for Girls 2014
This year we have been very fortunate to have reviewed a wide range of toys for both of my children. We are lucky that their age gap is quite close so they tend to play together and share their toys. But of course, they do have different interests and so they will not always play with the same toys. Anyway, these are the toys for girls that my daughter have picked as it contains her favourite characters and toys for pretend play.
