Last week, I was so excited when I opened up a very well packed green envelope. Inside the envelope, there were two new books from Parragon. The book covers and the illustrations are fantastic! The humorous comic strips are written by Andrew Davidson and illustrations are from Tim Wesson and Nikalas Catlow. I love the theme of the book. They are called the Dino Supersaurus. It is a fresh new series of super-powered activity books and gift sets for aged 6 to 12.
Chocolate Porridge is a book written by Margaret Mahy and illustrated by Terry Milne. This is the blue Early Reader and is perfect for sharing and reading together. It was released on 6th March 2014 and published by Orion Books.
Mr Monkey and The Birthday Party is a book written by Linda Chapman and illustrated by Sam Hearn. This is the red Early Reader which is the next step on your child’s reading journey. It was released on 6th March 2014 and published by Orion Books.
Bandai have re-vamped Ben 10 to coincide with the Cartoon Network TV series Ben 10 Omniverse. Now they have brought in brand new Omnitrix A.I., the Alien Collection, Feature Figures closer to the action than ever before.
My son is a massive fan of Power Rangers and he has toys from various sets: Power Rangers Samurai; Power Rangers RPM and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

We have received Fashion On-The-Go Girl – Rikki. It come with Rikki, a suitcase, four pieces of fabric, two trims, a sticker sheet, a pair of shoes and a transforming accessory.
Beano have yet again released more new practical joke toys. This is the Beano Dennis the Menace Farting Football which is quite small at around 19 cm by 19 cm by 19 cm. At this size, it is smaller and softer than a standard type of football and therefore great for indoor and outdoor use. This is suitable for aged 3 and above.
Gross magic is not everyone’s cup of tea but it can be so much fun! This Gross Magic is suitable for 8 years onwards to adult. Some of the magic tricks are quite simple that my 6 year old is able to do it but with plenty of help from an adult.
Is it time for your check up? Doc McStuffins is an African-American animated children’s television series. She is a six year old who can fix toys, with a little help from her stuffed animal friends: Stuffy, Hallie, Lambie and Chilly. Flair have a full range of Doc McStuffins toys, to suit kids of all ages, from dolls, playsets, plush to role play.

I am delighted to work with Tractor Ted. Mr K loves his tractors and we live very near a working farm so are able to spot lot of different types of tractors each time we drive past. If you have not heard of Tractor Ted, he is the young children’s farming superhero. Tractor Ted is a cartoon green tractor who is the star of 17 DVDs and 11 books for 2 – 6 year olds about life on the farm and in the countryside. They also have clothing, toys and many more.
Both my children enjoy all Dr. Panda apps. We already have the Beauty Salon, Hospital, Supermarket, Handyman, Daycare and Restaurant. I am delighted to get this Restaurant 2 for review. Both children were so happy that they couldn’t wait to play it.
In the first edition of Restaurant, it is set in a different building with different floors whilst for Restaurant 2, it is set on an island. To get to the island, customers have to go there via speedboat.
Mr C is a big fan of science and he regularly watches Professor Brian Cox’s documentary shows on BBC. I kind of watch it together with him and find that I am very drawn to his shows too. The universe is always so fascinating and interesting. It makes me hunger for more information.
Last week, I was so excited when I received this stunning personalised slate heart cheese board! I’ve always wanted to own one but not because I love cheese so much. It is for Mr C – he loves his cheese and having this slate will look fab on our dinner table. It is his belated Valentines Day gift. The Muppets was one of the first comedy sketch shows I used to watch when I was young. It was shown regularly on the Singapore English Channel. I used to watch it every day and Kermit was my favourite but I did love Miss Piggy too.
