Doc McStuffins Microphone

1 March 2014 by Eileen

Is it time for your check up? Doc McStuffins is an African-American animated children’s television series.  She is a six year old who can fix toys, with a little help from her stuffed animal friends: Stuffy, Hallie, Lambie and Chilly.  Flair have a full range of Doc McStuffins toys, to suit kids of all ages, from dolls, playsets, plush to role play.

We had previously reviewed the mini clinic playset and the doll, so do check these out.  Now we have received this microphone for review.

Doc McStuffins Microphone

This is a light up microphone that requires 3 x 1.5v batteries (included).  This is very lightweight and can be held by any children.  It comes with a heart-shaped button to switch on and off for the music.  The button is very responsive so it can stop the music any time you want.  The microphone comes with alternate red and blue lights on top with music for about 30 seconds.  The music level is about right to hold close to the a child face.  But sometimes the music is a bit fuzzy/tinny.

This is Ms C demonstrating the microphone: https://youtu.be/M8_7xwYBSxY

For RRP £6.99 it is okay value for money as it is fun and cool to play with like pretending to sing karaoke.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

My kid got this today for Christmas. It’s a nice toy.
It alternates blue and red lights.
So if your kids in the back seat and it’s dark, and you’ve decided to make this a car toy, it will give the allusion that you’re being pulled over by the cops.
I think this was done on purpose. It’s pretty funny.

LOL she is too cute! I thought we were going to get a song from her though lol. My Miss C loves Doc McStuffin. She’s really hoping she’ll get to meet her in Florida.

Aaaah, she is too cute. This toy looks like so much fun, one I would think about as a gift to take to a birthday party.
