Chessington World of Adventures Resort’s Explorer Glamping is opening to the public on the 27th May 2016 and includes 35 permanent tents!  There are 31 round ‘Glamping’ tents comprising of one double bed and two singles which are able to sleep four.  There are also four premium ‘Amboseli Tents’ with a double bed, and separate second sleeping area with three single beds and additional living space.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes Airport Battle

LEGO® and Marvel have joined forces once again to unveil this Super Heroes Airport Battle playset based on the new Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War movie.  This action-packed film premiered in April 2016 and my husband and son watched in the first opening week!  The film centres on a feud between Captain America and Iron Man that leaves the Avengers in turmoil.  Now Marvel fans can recreate favourite moments from the movie with this set.

Lego King Pig Castle

King of Tokyo is a strategic game where players take on the role of giant monsters battling for domination of Tokyo.  It is a challenging and fun game involving dice rolling.  This game is available to buy from Esdevium store finder or on Amazon.

Schwartz Easy Fish Pie

Fish Pie is one of Mr K’s favourite meals and he was thrilled to learn he could even make his own fish pie! This is an easy fish pie recipe that does not require many ingredients. This is because we are using Schwartz Fish Pie sauce. This quick and easy pour over sauce comes with everything we need for the fish. It is a thick and creamy sauce with white wine, parsley and lemon that is enough for 4 servings.

Before we baked the fish pie, I cooked the carrot and potatoes to make a mash.  Boil the carrot and potato until it is soft to mash.  Then add milk, butter, cheddar cheese and pepper into the mash. Set it aside to cool down. Once it is cold, place the mash into a piping bag with a star nozzle to pipe the mash.

Litecup Review

Litecup is a sippy cup and a nightlight!  This is such an innovative gadget and we are all impressed by it. Both my children love using it. Ms C even took her Litecup to sleep on her bed! Luckily, this is a non-spill cup which gives me peace of mind that I won’t need to change her sheet the next morning. It is spill proof but not 100% leak proof, so sometimes if you shake it vigorously, a few small drops of liquid might come out.
