Razor B120 Scooter Review

10 April 2016 by Eileen

From Razor® the world leaders in scooters and ride-ons, the B120 scooter is designed with smaller riders in mind and a must-ride for scooter fans looking for their first two-wheeled ride.  This tough scooter delivers the trademark ultimate performance expected of the Razor brand.  This is suitable for aged 5 onwards and the maximum rider weight is 50kg.

It took me roughly 10 minutes from unboxing to assembling it.  It was straightforward to fix but required plenty of force to get the front wheel parts onto the deck.  There were five screws to fix using the Allan keys that are provided.

This scooter is very well made and sturdy with shorter polymer deck and fixed handlebars designed for lower ride heights. Both of my children are short for their age (ages 6 and 8) and they both fit the scooter very well. This is definitely for younger or smaller riders for their first scooter.

The handle is made from Polymer and steel down-tube with comfort and thick foam grips. It is very spongy and nice to grip. You can rotate the whole handle 360° which is great when you want to do stunts!

Both the wheels are made from urethane which give you a really good abrasion resistance and will last a while. It also gives you a good grip with the ground, enable you to control your scooter and provide good rebound. This will definitely give your child a better ride throughout!

It comes with a rear fender brake to allow your child to control their speed.  This is a great quality scooter with great value for money. This is available to buy from Tesco and Amazon.

Looks great, my daughter has a Razor spark, which was her dream birthday present last year and loves it! This looks like it’d be a good next scooter for my little boy!
