Warburtons Giant Crumpets Competition

10 April 2016 by Eileen

Have you seen that Warburtons are challenging their consumers to get inventive with Giant Crumpets in Dr Bunsen’s recipe challenge?  They want you to share your favourite Giant Crumpet recipe with him and his faithful assistant Beaker for a chance to win a Giant Crumpets Hamper, including a £200 shopping voucher or one of hundred runners up £50 vouchers that they are giving away!

There are two ways to enter this competition via Facebook or Twitter:

You can either visit the Warburtons Facebook page and locate the promotional post inviting you to take part in the competition. Then post a picture or a description of your Giant Crumpet recipe, under the promotional post.

Or visit the Warburtons Twitter and follow it, if you have not already done so. Then find the promotional post, describing the Competition, and reply to the tweet with a picture or a description of your Giant Crumpet recipe with the hashtag #GiantCrumpets.

Do note that only one entry is permitted per person per social media channel.

These are my suggestions for gorgeous and delicious crumpets recipe!

First is the Creamy Fruity Nutty Giant Crumpets. You would need 100g cream cheese, 2 tablespoon clear honey and chopped strawberries and mix well! Try not to squash the strawberries! Top it with toasted Almond flakes and chopped walnuts! Add more clear honey on the toppings!

Next we have this eggy poached egg Giant Crumpets with a spread of butter.

If you prefer a sweet one, then try this banana and strawberries with Nutella!

So don’t hang around and enter as the closing date is this coming Thursday 14th April 2016! Good luck!

What yummy ideas. I have not seen them at the store yet but I am sure my daughter would enjoy them. Thank you for sharing!

Ooh yum!! Love Warburtons crumpets although haven’t had a giant one myself yet. Keep treating the kids to them but as there’s only two in a pack I miss out. Hadn’t thought of a sweet creation, may have to try the nutella and banana one for the kids next time!
