Last month, I blogged about the paper cut Jack-O-Lantern and bat for a Halloween display. They are great as a banner. Today, I am cutting tulips and flower borders using the book by Kai Iwami called Paper Cut Planet.

Cutting paper is one of my favourite childhood crafts. I still remember fondly helping my mother to cut the Chinese characters to paste onto food items for offering to the Buddha and his followers.
