As they always say, the quickest way to a person’s heart is through their stomach! I would agree with that one as it can be an efficient way to demonstrate your skills and that you care for your loved one!
I remember briefly learning to cook during my first year of home economics in secondary school. It was always really hard to achieve a good score in this lesson as I always loved the taste of burnt food/BBQ. I applied this to my lesson but that probably didn’t go down so well with my bakes and dishes, like cookies and omelettes, which always carried a slightly burnt flavour. Hence I only managed to scrape a pass in my home economic test! It was very stressful!
I have subsequently learned a lot more after throwing myself into the deep end when I moved to the UK by myself! Needless to say, after so many years of being independent, being a wife and a mother of two, I pretty much know most of the kitchen gadgets in the market! I managed to score a perfect 10 out of 10 out in the quiz! I am so proud of myself as I was named as the Kitchen Adonis by the quiz!
