Premier Estates Wines Review

10 September 2017 by Eileen

Summer might have left us long ago but with autumn upon us, what better season to relax with a glass of Premier Estates Wines? We were so pleased to enjoy four bottles of bubbles on our quiet evening especially after the school run!

Premier Estates Wines Review

If you have not heard of Premier Estates Wines before, you should check them out! They sell award winning wines in bulk at everyday prices online that definitely won’t break the budget! If you order by 4pm, they will get it send out for the same day and it is free UK delivery! How great is that! They stock a range of Sparkling to Red wine, White to Rosé and even Vodka!

Firstly, we tried the multi-award-winning CAVA Brut extra dry with a group of friends which makes a perfect fizz for parties. It has elegant citrus and apple flavours. It is very light and easy to drink even though it is quite dry, the flavours were enhanced especially if you have it with a meal. It pairs well with all fish dishes, pasta, risottos and white meats.

Next we tried the Grand Rosé 11% vol often referred to as Premier Estates Wine’s “Pink Prosecco”. The Grand Rosé is made using grapes from the Veneto region of North Eastern Italy, thereby ensuring this pink sparkler is of the highest possible quality and surely one of the best available within its price point. It is pale pink in colour, elegant with hints of fresh ripe summer fruits, floral rose aromas and has a delicate sweetness. We thought this would be a “girly” drink but the guys enjoyed it too. It is bubbly and sweet delivers a superbly balanced palate.

Lastly, Mr C had the multi-award-winning Prosecco DOC Millesimato 11% vol extra dry mini bottle to drink by himself! This is made using Glera grapes from the Veneto region of North Eastern Italy, thereby ensuring the highest possible quality of prosecco. It has a pale straw colour with hints of honeysuckle, citrus, pear and apple, aromatic with a hint of sweetness and a fine delicate finish. Mr C enjoys it and no wonder, this has won eight separate awards for quality! It is light, bubbly and refreshing. Definitely a highly recommend for this prosecco. You have the option to buy 12 mini bottles of 20cl each or full size bottle 75cl.

Premier Estates Wines mini proseccoIf you are not a big fan of neat wine, like me, then you should check out their Prosecco Cocktail page! They have compiled a range of tried and tested prosecco cocktail recipes for you to try and enjoy at your leisure.

Overall, we all enjoyed the range of wines we were sent and would definitely recommend their prosecco. If you’re a fan of prosecco, it is definitely one you should try out. If you’re celebrating with a large group of people and looking to buy a few bottles for Christmas, then check out Premier Estates Wines which will help keep the costs down on this luxury drink.
