Two years ago, we discovered Heroes of the City and got in touch to review their app. They have been going from strength to strength and even have a movie on their YouTube channel.

For any of you who have not heard of Heroes of the City, they are a pre-school children’s television cartoon about rescue vehicles in a small town where everybody gets to be a hero! In the show, you get to meet Pauli Police Car and Fiona Fire Engine as they help the townspeople find thieves, put out fires and solve crime that happens in the otherwise quiet town. You will also get to know Calamity Crow, the most misunderstood bird in town. The cartoon is suitable for children aged 2 – 6.

Transformers Prime Beast Hunters season 3 volume 1 Battle for Darkmount DVD is storming onto shelves today 27^th April 2015! This DVD runs 2 hours 27 minutes long and is packed with lots of action and seven great storylines! Transformers has been with me since I was young. Every weekend, I would watch it with my cousins. Now I am watching it with my son and husband. My son is totally engrossed with it!

Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks is available to buy on DVD and digital download from 23^rd March 2015 in time for the long Easter break. Yet again, fans are not only getting to enjoy 70 minutes of magical movie, a Rainbow Rocks poster is also included!

The Transformers Prime Season Two Complete Box Set is available on DVD from next Monday 23rd March 2015. This is a four disc DVD box set comprising of all the season two shows. This complete box set is ideal for those who haven’t bought any of the season two discs from volumes 1 to 4.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT)  is a show from my childhood in the 1990s where a group of ninja turtles fight against the bad guys like Shredder to save the city. In this 2014 movie, they have all had a major makeover and they all look awesomely scary! I love that they have given the turtles more detail to their costumes and have rippling muscles. They still wear their bandannas, eat pizza and like to joke around.

May the Best Pet Win is My Little Pony Friendship is Magic’s new DVD which had launched on 16^th February 2015 in time for the half term. Yet again, My Little Pony fans are not only getting to enjoy 110 minutes of magical adventure, May the Best Pet Win was also released as a limited edition DVD which includes a bonus My Little Pony collectable toy! My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is based on the line of toys manufactured by Hasbro. Recently, we had reviewed the Return of Harmony and we managed to get the same Rainbow Dash toy in the surprise bonus toy pack! Doh! My daughter was slightly disappointed!

Topsy And Tim: Dressing up DVD from Abbey Home Media has arrived in all good retailers now and has also been available from Amazon since 16^th February 2015! Topsy and Tim are two fun-loving adventurous twins inspired by Jean and Gareth Adamson’s much loved book series published by Ladybird. This is a CBeebies drama for pre-schoolers all about insights into family life from the point of view of 5-year-old twins.

Chuggington: Turbo Charged Chugger from Abbey Home Media is storming onto DVD next Monday 23^rd February 2015! Chuggington fans are in for a real treat as it not only comes with 66 minutes of high speed adventure, it also comes with a bonus story CD with four stories. They are: Wilson Smooth Moves, Can’t Catch Koko, Braking Brewster and Clunky Wilson.
