The Book Of Life Review

18 February 2015 by Eileen

Last Monday, did you join in The Book of Life Viewing Party #BookofLifeBluRay? How did you find the movie? We were lucky to receive the Blu-ray™ and have watched it a few times already. If you have not watch it yet, you can buy it on Blu-ray™ & DVD in stores now.

The Book Of Life movie with death

The story is set in the Mexican town of San Angel. Unbeknown to them, three childhood friends Manolo, Maria and Joaquin, become involved in a battling husband-and-wife deities. They make a high-stakes wager on the love triangle’s outcome. Manolo and Joaquin are both in love with Maria but Maria is sent to Europe, Joaquin joins the military, and Manolo studies to become a bullfighter. For Manolo’s first bullfight, Maria comes back and soon she receives marriage proposals by both Manolo and Joaquin. Manolo embarks on an adventure that spans three fantastic worlds where he must face his greatest fears.

We all loved this 3D computer-animated adventure movie. The storyline is very interesting, the colourful animation is very eye-catching and the soundtrack is just fabulous. We’d recommended it!

To celebrate the release of THE BOOK OF LIFE on Blu-ray™ & DVD on February 16th, they are giving you the chance to win one of three fantastic family entertainment bundles.

Each bundle includes:

  • Blu-ray™ player
  • £100 worth of family DVDs
  • £100 voucher to Chiquitos restaurants

To enter, all you need to do is get creative and complete ONE or more of the activities and upload your entry to the official THE BOOK OF LIFE FACEBOOK PAGE. The competition and all details of how to enter can be found on the website here: https://winwithbookoflife.co.uk

Good luck!
