Hoopa City App Review

26 June 2014 by Eileen 4 Comments

Today, 26th June 2014, you can download Dr Panda’s brand new Hoopa City game at: Apple App Store, Google Play Store & Amazon App Store for Android for £1.99. I think this is very reasonably priced! This is another fun and educational game from Dr. Panda. This time, you learn to plan and build your own Hoopa city! This app is suitable for children aged 5 to 8.

Hoopa city

Let your child’s imagination run wild and build a village, town, or even a huge city of your own design in Hoopa City! By using different materials and combining them you can create all sorts of buildings! It starts off in an empty land. Simply tap onto the 7 world-building materials icons like heart, money, thunder, road, brick, water and leaf. Then tap on the empty land to fill the landscape with shops, roads, schools, and even theme parks or stadiums! If you are unhappy with your construction, you can dig it out any time you like by using the spade icon.

Each building takes a special combination of materials to create. For example,

Leaf + Heart = Playground

Leaf + Electricity = Football stadium

Leaf + Leaf + Electricity = Christmas tree

Road + Electricity = Railway

Water + Leaf = Lotus in water

hoopa city combine

There are so many combinations to construct the cities! It will then be populated by Dr.Panda and his friends. And also by vehicles and trains! Occasionally, it will rain too! Both my children enjoyed building and Mr K has a town full of roads and railways. He either loves a city life or is creating an F1 track. Meanwhile Ms C built her city full of Christmas trees! I think she can’t wait for Christmas!

hoopa city app contents

As I have mentioned before, both my children enjoy all Dr. Panda apps as they will regularly go back and play them. We have all their apps on the iPad like Toy Cars, Beauty Salon, Hospital, Supermarket, Handyman, Daycare, Restaurant and Restaurant 2. Do check them out! Dr. Panda apps are always so fun to play, entertaining, creative and teaches basic life skills to the children.
