TMNT- Mutagen Mayhem DVD Review

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Mutagen Mayhem DVD will be released 31st March 2014 by Paramount Home Media Distribution with an RRP of £9.99. The DVD lasts for 135 minutes crammed full of crime fighting adventure with five episodes from the second season of Nickelodeon’s CGI-animated hit series. In this Season 2 Volume 1, you get to see the gang face new perils including robot foot soldiers, an infestation of mutated squirrels and the ultimate threat; Mutagen Man!

The 5 episodes are:

• The Mutation Situation
• Follow the Leader
• Invasion of the Squirrelanoids
• Mutagen Man Unleashed
• Mickey Gets Shellacne

Both of my children were extremely excited to receive this DVD. Without delay, they watched the DVD after coming back from school. Within minutes, both of them were laughing so hard at the silly scenes.  Mr K loves all the fighting action and started kicking and punching in the air. We don’t have Nickelodeon channel and this is great for them to watch when they want.

This DVD also comes with special features:

• Ninjas in New York
• Channel 6 News Special Report: Creatures of the Night

The two special features are about two minutes long and contains highlights of these two episodes. I think this DVD is great for TMNT fans as there is a lot of fighting adventure.  Mr K loves to be Michelangelo as he wields a pair of nunchakus. Now he wants us to buy him a pair!  This DVD is out next Monday on Amazon, so look out for it!
