Annabel Karmel Baking Set Review
Cooking and baking is a great way to develop an essential life skill as well as spend quality family time together. My children love baking with me especially my son as he wants to enter Bake Off Junior when he is old enough. Working in the kitchen can be stressful at times but I find that preparation is key and also having the right tools for the job too. Some of the regular tools in the kitchen are too cumbersome and heavy for children to handle.
Toy company Casdon has teamed up with baby food expert and cookery book writer Annabel Karmel to create a range of cooking tools that work as normal kitchen tools. These high quality Casdon implements are all approved by Annabel who has written special recipes that are easy for young children to make. The range includes baking sets with cake moulds, baking accessories, mixing bowls and decoration tools.
Utensa Wonder Bake Bakeware Review
I recently came across Utensa who break the mould with innovative products that prove that weight is not an indication of quality. In fact, many professional cake makers actually prefer to use as lightweight product as possible to ensure an even bake.
Utensa have been manufacturing bakeware in Birmingham for the last 125 years and they have stuck to their commitment to provide quality products at favourable prices. The key factors are that their products have double layer roller-coat application of non-stick to ensure even coverage and extended life expectancy. Their products can last up to 8 times longer than typical Far East sprayed products.
Pyrex Cooking Sheet Review
Until today, I had never seen or knew about glass trays for ovens. In my mind, oven tray are always those dull and black rectangular trays. Now seeing this Pyrex Multi-Purpose Cooking Sheet, I think I could get rid those dull trays which my food always sticks to.
Bumbo Baby Sitter and Tray Review
I first saw the Bumbo bay sitter seat at my friend’s house in 2008, and got the impression that it’s a very comfortable seat for younger babies who trying to sit up (approx age 6 months old). I did get some negative feedback from my friends as their active children managed to tip over while trying to get out and that her children’s legs were too chubby to fit in the seat. It didn’t deter me though as I still bought one for my daughter in 2009.
