3 main home improvement ideas that add value

Home improvements do not only offer value aesthetically, but they offer value in the long run that will impact the home when it is placed on the market. Quite often, when homes are run down on the outside, the homeowner decides to take little notice and would prefer to ensure the inside of their home is in immaculate condition instead. However, the home exterior does actually reflect on the home interior. The homes that look nice from the outside give the impression that they are nice on the inside, and vice versa. Here we will explain some ways you can add value to your property externally.

Midi Dress Advantages

Midi Dress Advantages

The fashion world is beautiful and fun, but it is also complicated. You cannot just walk into a store and choose the first item you see. There are many different styles, colours and shapes to pick from. That goes for all types of clothing, but especially dresses. If you are not sure what type of dress to buy, one place to start is by selecting a length. A midi dress is an excellent length because midi dresses often have diverse looks and uses.

Upgrading Your Home

It is important for people to re-decorate rooms in their home every so often. After all, trends change with time and people need to update their home in order to guarantee that it is somewhere which is pleasant and enjoyable to be inside. If a room stays the same for years and years then it will slowly become dull and boring.

Are you looking for ways to improve your home? If so, here are some suggestions you won’t want to miss.

Improving your Home with Accent Features

A new year, a new start to this 2019. I am not talking about starting a new relationship but building a new relationship to love your home again. These days, we tend to lead a busy lifestyle juggling and getting the right balance between family and work. This means we tend to overlook the home we live in and there’s always a bit of wear and tear. We don’t realize it until we take a good hard look at our surroundings, especially after a good Christmas break. So here are a few ways of improving your home with accent features.

Add colour to my Garden – After Transformation

I’m taking part in the Garden Goals challenge with Homebase and Mumsnet. This is my second post for the ‘add colour to my garden’ project. Today, I would like to show you what I have done for the three different tasks that we had set out.

As I had mentioned on my first post, I’ve not been happy with my garden since all my lavender plants in my back garden died two years ago. I wanted to create a new border and inject some colour into my garden with plants and shrubs.

Our Entry Kids Capture the Colour Challenge

Following the success of last summer’s photo blogging competition Capture the Colour, Travel Supermarket has teamed up with Venture Photography to launch ‘Kid’s Capture the Colour’, an exciting challenge for children aged 15 or under to get creative and photograph the world around them. I was the 101st applicant. Fortunately for us however, someone dropped outgiving us the opportunity to get a free digital camera from Travel Supermarket to get my children to capture the colours of red, blue, green, yellow and white while on their summer holidays.

The first photo is the RED colour.  This is the shoe house in Wonderland Midlands theme park. My son and I stood on the steps while waiting for everyone to clear off before we took this shot.  Luckily, we didn’t need to wait for too long. Inside this shoe there are a lot of children and the old woman. It is based on the nursery rhyme – There was an Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe.
