HelloFresh Asian Turkey Stir Fry

29 August 2018 by Eileen

Stir Fry is the fastest and easiest way to cook a well-balanced meal for the whole family, especially to fit with busy lifestyles. It is a versatile technique you can use every day. Just a simple stir and toss with a little hot oil in a wok, and your meal could be ready in five minutes or less! It is a meal that is packed with everything you love from delicious and tender bite-sized pieces of meat to crisp and bright yummy vegetables! It is also very adaptable in that you can use up bits and pieces from the fridge!

As a traditional Chinese family, this is what I have been brought up with and it has been passed down from generation to generation. One of my favourite stir fries is Singapore Seafood Hor Fun which is packed with a lot of fresh seafood and fresh flat rice noodle.

Asian Turkey Stir Fry

I always try and experiment with Asian recipes at home! That is why I am so thrilled to have found this Asian Turkey Stir Fry recipe from HelloFresh by Chef André. He is a father of two and he just knows how to get his fussy children to try out new food that is packed with hidden vegetables!

We are no stranger to HelloFresh and had reviewed them two years ago. We love their concept of providing each household with fresh ingredients to enjoy wholesome home-cooked meals with no planning, no shopping and no hassle required. Not only that! They hate wastage too. They carefully plan the right ingredients according to the number of people and they are locally sourced too. Have you tried them out yet?

Let’s get back to the Asian Turkey Stir Fry recipe! It is not very common to use turkey meat in Asian stir-fry recipes. This is mainly because turkeys are not a common poultry in Asia countries. But if you want to keep an eye on your weight and want to eat poultry at the same time, then choose this healthy turkey meat that is packed with a wide range of vitamins and minerals that keep your body working at its best!

This meal takes around 35 minutes to prepare and cook and it will make a very lovely meal for your whole family. Mango chutney, ketchup and soy sauce are the unexpected heroes of tonight’s stir-fry sauce which will taste amazing! Do pop over and check out this Asian Turkey Stir Fry from HelloFresh!
