Have you enter Walkers Do Us A Flavour competition?

3 February 2014 by Eileen

The nation’s favourite crisp company, Walkers, is challenging the Nation to create a new great-tasting flavour combination in exchange for winning £1 million pounds!

Adding a twist to the competition, which last ran back in 2008, the public will be challenged to create their own unique flavour combination by starting with one of Walkers’ home grown ingredients.  They will need to pick from Somerset Cheddar, Devonshire Chicken, Norfolk Pork, Dorset Sour Cream, Vale of Evesham Tomatoes or Aberdeen Angus Beef as a base and then go wild with their imagination to truly inspire the nation!

Have you enter Walkers Do Us A Flavour competition

We are a big fan of Walkers and we have already sent in our flavour!  As a Chinese family, one of our favourite dishes is chicken chow mein!  Would the Nation love to try a Chinese crisps range?  Maybe Sweet and Sour Chicken crisps? Or Five Spice Chicken crisps?

The ‘Do Us A Flavour’ competition will crown one member of the British public as the first ever flavour millionaire.   A judging panel will whittle down the entries to six finalists and the public will then decide on their favourite and the ultimate winner to win the whopping £1million prize.  The five runners up will each bag a tasty £10,000.

To enter simply head to Walkers.  Then submit your flavour suggestion along with an image of the inspiration behind your flavour creation.  You can enter as many times you like!  I have already entered a list of Chinese flavours!  Simply create an account and submit yours for a chance to win. So what are you waiting for?  Get creative and enter before 5th March 2014!

Disclosure: We have received a bag of Walkers to get us into creating more flavours! Image used with permission.
