I have two children who wake up without fail before 7.30 am but I am lucky that they will play with their iPad, play together or with their toys and don’t disturb my husband and I while we sleep on. Then at 8 am, I will tell them it is tell to go down to have their own breakfast.

Last month, I received an email to invite me for a dinner with Chobani. I was wondering who or what is Chobani as I had not heard or seen them before. So I went to Google them and found out that they make strained yoghurt. Their yoghurt are made with only naturally-sourced ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial flavours. Provamel is adding a new Orange and Redbush flavour to its ‘botanical’ range of yoghurt alternatives, drawing on the flavours of southern Africa to expand the soya category. The ‘botanical’ range broke new ground when it launched last year with an Apple and Green Tea (500g) and a Lime and Lemon Balm (500g) flavour.
