Not long ago, I blogged about a few different ways to decorate your boring white wall, like adding a splash of colour to re-energise the room. If you don’t fancy getting the paints out, you could get museum-quality wall art, like paintings, photographs and illustrations to add to the wall. Or you could add sentimental items and pictures that remind you of your childhood. Hanging a quality mirror can help capture and reflect light. Alternatively, upcycle your furniture by painting it, like what we did to our bathroom, or refurbish it with used fabrics.
4 Awesome Items for Your Home
How often do you update your home? We do make a conscious effort to look for new or upcycle furnishings and accessories to keep our home looking fresh, warm and welcoming. I often find that shopping on the high street with children can often mean the shopping trip is less productive if the aim is just to shop. So I often turn to websites or recommendations by other bloggers or research some great finds from magazines.
I also pop by to Red Candy website for inspiration when looking for gifts! They have many unique and quirky items. These are my 4 awesome items for your home.

Walls of the Wild Butterfly Collection
Instead of spending your time painting a wild forest theme on your wall, why not invest in wall stickers? I love the idea of wall stickers. They are easy to use and are reusable. We were already fans of wall stickers. We had a wall sticker train set on Ms C’s wall and the children’s names on their doors. The lovely people from Walls of the Wild has given us the Butterfly collection to review. There are a total of 15 stickers consisting of butterflies, a dragonfly and a hummingbird.
