Recently, my husband introduced me to watch Race Across the World season 4 where travellers have to find a route to go across the countries or places. This season, especially they were all travelling in Asian countries, have got me hook into the show and inspired me to try something different!

On Day 6 of our South Korea trip, we went on a DMZ and Ganghwa Island day tour which we booked via the Klook app. When we first booked this trip, we were unsure if this was the same DMZ trip as we had previously booked. Anyway, after booking it, we realised that this DMZ trip is on the other end of South Korea – Peace Observatory in Ganghwa island. Hence we booked another proper DMZ tour.
Bukchon Hanok Village is home to over 900 traditional Korean houses and it is one of the recommended places to visit while on holiday in Seoul. The location didn’t disappoint me at all, but many tourists dressed up in hanbok and spent ages taking multiple shots and some were even doing a live feed on the street. They do have a number of tourist officials to control the crowds and make sure they don’t invade the local people’s privacy, especially around the hilltop. I still think it is not easy to enjoy the architecture of the buildings. All we did was try to avoid photobombing other people’s photos or videos. It was not easy to take any nice shots.

Recently, I had to make an unexpected trip with my daughter, and luckily I have received this pair of Hotter Shoes – Gravity, just in time to start our long journey to Singapore! I am a big Hotter shoe fan as I have already owned many pairs of their shoes. Also, I have always been aware that Hotter make really comfy and durable shoes.

They are open for a limited of time only, until 5 January 2014, every day from 10 am to 10 pm. This morning, we were all so excited to don our ice skating boots as the children had never tried it before and it had been over 20 years ago that Mr C and I were last on the ice.
I always want to have a Trunki since they launched 6 years ago but our children were too young to own one at the time (Suitable for aged 3 – 6 years old). Finally, we bought our first Trunki Quinn Ride-on Suitcase in 2011. It is Trunki’s 5th birthday limited edition case, with only 5000 being made. It is a big hit with both of my children.
