Watchd Smartwatch Review

Watchd is a very affordable smartwatch that helps you keep track of your health and stay connected with your family and friends. This Gen 2 smart looking watch is packed with many great features, and comes in three colour strap choices, which are white, rose gold and black. I have received the white strap is a great colour choice for me as it looks very stylish.

Pose Off Review

To coincide with World Fitness Day, we were gifted this brand new Pose Off from Ideal Games to get us moving and thinking. This game is fun to play by getting players to pose while answering challenge questions. This game is suitable for ages four and above. It is for two or more players and it’s a great game to get everyone involved!

Epson Pulsense PS-100 & PS-500 Review

Ageing is one of those inevitable things in life and as we do so, I find I pay more attention to my family’s health and well-being more than ever. Last year, Mr C and I made a resolution to walk around our estate for 30 minutes each day during lunch time, weather permitting, and we achieved a little each day. But we didn’t have any measure of how beneficial this was for us, such as how many calories this was burning and we didn’t know how many steps we did either.

Alive! Multi-vitamin Review

This year 2015, I was invited for two fitness challenges which is to trial Epson Pulsense watch and Alive! Women’s energy multi-vitamin. I have to say that going to the gym or any form of exercise is definitely not my cup of tea. My weight has been like a yo-yo since young. This year, I wanted to be different! So I am thrilled to trial Alive! multi-vitamin to give me the boost that I needed.
