The Seascape community is a vibrant example of contemporary coastal architecture

13 March 2023 by Eileen

Seascape in UAE is a new project of Dubai’s largest developer Emaar Properties. The construction of the residential complex began at the end of 2022, and the commissioning of the residential complex is scheduled for the end of 2026. The project includes 4 multi-storey buildings located in the Mina Rashid area. They are being built on the shore of a large marina. The residential complex offers for sale residences with a number of bedrooms from 1 to 3, as well as an exclusive limited series of townhouses.

The housing stock is suitable for moving to permanent residence, seasonal holidays or as an investment. Real estate in a popular area is traditionally in demand. When buying a home worth more than 750,000 AED ($204,000), residents can apply for a 3-year resident visa. Owners of properties worth more than AED 2 million ($544,500) can receive a 10-year investor visa.

At the stage of the beginning of sales, housing is sold at the most favourable prices. As the date of delivery of the object approaches, the cost will only increase, and the number of offers will decrease.

Seascape Lifestyle

The complex adjoins the city park and has direct access to the lushly landscaped embankment, where life is always in full swing and there are many cafes and restaurants. It offers residents an equipped gym and a cosy relaxation area.

Life on the sea coast is equally comfortable for an audience of different ages. The benefits of the landscaped area will be appreciated by both pensioners or young professionals, as well as families with children.

Main characteristics of the building

The buildings are designed in a modern style. The towers are built using high quality materials. Panoramic glazing will give the buildings airiness. The windows offer views of the waters of the Persian Gulf and the landscapes of Dubai. There are parking spaces for cars. The yacht can be moored on the pier almost under the windows of the house. The complex with a closed territory will be under round-the-clock video surveillance and security.

Main features of the property

Residences differ in the number of bedrooms, layout and area. Each apartment has one or more balconies. Housing is rented ready to move in and equipped with the necessary plumbing fixtures. For service personnel in spacious residences there will be an additional room and a toilet with a bathtub. The interiors are designed in a light colour palette, which will allow the owners to place bright accents to their liking.

Around Seascape

The residential complex is located in the Mina Rashid area and is located along the coast of the Dubai Creek canal. An actively developing community assumes a measured way of life, but without separation from civilization. The master plan of the development project includes a private beach club, a yacht club on the water, brand name stores, a landscaped waterfront and other amenities.

The community has everything you need for life: shops, entertainment facilities, hospitals, kindergartens and schools. The city centre and world-famous sights are about 20 minutes’ drive away. During this time, you can walk to the DIFC and Downtown Dubai areas. A similar time takes a transfer to the international airport.

Investing in Dubai is profitable and safe

Reasons to invest:

  • Offshore zone – The UAE has very low taxes (0% personal income tax) and minimal government regulation.
  • Sustainable development.
  • The UAE is a neutral state that does not support the sanctions war.
  • Legalization of income – In the UAE, you can turn your money into legal foreign exchange income in many legal ways.
  • Guaranteed income – Each investor is guaranteed to receive from 7% per annum. This is supported by economic growth.
  • Economic outlook – The country’s economy has been growing steadily for over 30 years and has no risks of recession.
  • Government Guarantees – The Emirates control the real estate in Dubai market and minimize the risk of a recession and a bubble.

Property in Dubai

The Seascape community is a vibrant embodiment of contemporary coastal architecture. This residential complex combines luxury residences and a full-service marina, as well as many restaurants and shops. Families with children will appreciate the residential cluster with swimming pool and gardens, which is ideal for walks and family holidays. Have you decided to invest? Emirates.Estate will help you with this. Also you can find different offers to buy flats in Dubai or off-plan projects in Dubai.
