Sudocrem care for your baby

6 July 2013 by Eileen

The first time that I used Sudocrem was 5 years ago and since then it has changed so much in terms of packaging and the additional varieties. Sudocream has launched a spanking new product to lead the way for the prevention of nappy rash.

sudocrem care protect

Sudocrem Care & Protect is a nappy rash ointment, designed specifically for babies and offers TRIPLE PROTECTION against the causes of nappy rash by:

  1. Creating a protective barrier
  2. Conditioning the skin
  3. Guarding against infection

My first impression of the triple care ointment is that it’s very easy to apply on the skin. It feels more like a thick lotion than ointment. Although my daughter is off nappies now, she still sometimes gets sore around the groin area due to poor hygiene. After applying, the redness had gone down rapidly.

I tested it myself by using it on my hand. When I washed it under a tap, I could see the ointment had coated my skin like a barrier and the water barely touched my hand. I love the new packaging with the hinged flip-top. It is easier to open than the traditional screw cap bottle. It’s so handy to put this tube into a changing bag. I love Sudocrem and totally trust their products.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

I love sudocrem, it’s a must to have in the house when you have children! I really like the look of this new packaging, it looks much more hygienic than the traditional tub
