To coincide with World Mental Health Day 2020, Wysa are currently offering their entire app free of charge for teenagers to help them cope with the stresses of the pandemic. With the current uncertainty for the future and many places imposing tougher restrictions, these young adults need a safe place they can turn to more than ever.
I am thrilled to be part of this #StrongerWithWysa campaign to raise awareness of the importance of taking care of your mental health, particularly during these pressured times. I know how stress and anxiety can affect the whole family. One of my blogger friends, The Brick Castle, has experienced losing their 16 year old to suicide at home in August 2014. Until now, one of her boys, who witnessed the scene, is still suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It’s been a terrible time for the whole family. If you know anyone or perhaps you yourself are suffering, why not seek help?
