Getting Organized with Addis

14 October 2018 by Eileen

As we had such a busy summer, I have neglected our house for quite some time! As we are now welcoming the lovely Autumn weather, I am getting the house organized with Addis before the mad rush of Christmas begins!

I am delighted to receive these Addis recycling bins with colour-coded lids. These are 40 litre bins with a tall and slim build. It measures 49cm by 41cm by 26cm. They come with an interlocking system to connect together to create the ultimate recycling hub.

These bins are topped off with bright colour-coded red, blue and green lids. They have a big opening to fit big items into the bin. Currently, I would only need two bins; one for paper and one for plastic. The garden waste bin is a bit too small though. I love the groove on the lid for opening/closing as it is quite smooth and neat. A potential enhancement idea is to have a soft close lid. For now, I might add some sticky foam on the edge of the lids to tone down the noise when it closes.

As you can see there are labels on the bins, but need not worry as they are so easy to remove without any sticky residue left on it. Once the labels are removed, it looks very classy. These bins are made from plastic but they are very durable and easy to clean! Not only that, these bins even come with a 10 year Addis product guarantee and best of all, they are all made in the UK.

Anyway, Addis has launched this Addis Home Detox, De-Clutter and Dust planner today, allowing consumers to tackle one space at a time with ease, thanks to a simple checklist of what to do in each room of the home. And they have all the tools to make the task at hand a total breeze!
