If you have any special requirement or wanting another type of font, they are happy to sort it out for you. I have only engraved two messages (My blog’s name and the occasion – Mother’s Day) on the bottle, but you can have up 90 characters over 3 lines (30 characters per line including spaces). You can also purchase a greetings card for a little extra in the personalisation fields, which will be a bespoke A5 sized card, folded in half and printed with your message on one of the inner sides with a white envelope. They also offer free delivery in the UK and the delivery time is two to seven working days. Of course, if you wish to have a quicker delivery for last minute shopping, then there are other options available at the checkout with a fee. I received my gift within two days and it was tracked. I am very impressed with their service.
