Nerf Modulus Regulator Review

28 July 2017 by Eileen

Now children can build and customise their own ultimate blaster for any mission or battle using this Nerf Modulus Regulator set! This fully motorised Nerf Regulator blaster is perfect for indoor and outdoor Nerf battles with your family and friends. This has to be one of the best of all their motorised blasters! My son is a big fan of Nerf blasters and owns a number of these already – he was ecstatic when he first saw this!

This Regulator comes with two 12-dart clips, 24 Modulus Elite darts, swivel handle, short & long barrel-scopes, store handle & clip and blaster. It is suitable for aged eight and above. It requires 4 C size batteries to run. There is no on/off button. So once you insert the batteries, simply pull the bottom trigger to activate the blaster and then press the trigger to fire.

This blaster has three firing modes by flipping the switch to single-fire to fire one dart per trigger pull; burst-fire to blast several darts per trigger pull, or continuous-fire to continuously fire the darts at your opponents.

The blaster will flash up in red when you are out of darts. Mr K finds it easy to customise the blaster with the swivel handle to stabilise shots, and the two barrel-scopes can be used as barrel extensions or targeting scopes. The fun doesn’t stop there. You can expand the customising options with Nerf Modulus accessories and upgrade kits (each sold separately). With the full Nerf Modulus system, you can create over 1000 different combinations!

I love that this blaster is very quiet and only takes 4 size C batteries unlike the Nerf Hyperfire N-Strike Elite which takes 4 size D batteries. It is very efficient and weighs slightly less than other blasters we have. My son loves it and would definitely recommend it. It is available to buy from good toy retailers and Amazon.

He had also made a quick look video, hope you all enjoy it! https://youtu.be/H-P7ii7ohVI
