Nutmeg – Morrisons Holiday Shop Range

7 June 2017 by Eileen

Morrisons have unveiled their own brand Nutmeg summer holiday shop clothing range which is available to buy in store now. Have you seen it yet? Did you know that they have even launched their first ever women’s collection, and prices start from just £3?

Nutmeg - Morrisons Holiday Shop Range

Their children’s clothing range is affordable, accessible and filled with thoughtful details from non-slip soles to stop slides and spills, to big chunky zips for little ones to do up themselves. Each comes with some great little details to make life easier. They also advertise in store that Nutmeg children’s clothing is covered by a 200 day ‘No Quibbles’ guarantee with proof of purchase, covering rips, spills and outgrown pieces! They don’t have a huge range of clothing but most of their designs are very fashionable and stylish.

This was not our first time trying the Nutmeg clothes range and we are impressed with the quality of the clothing and the prices are very reasonable. In fact, both children are still wearing those original items now.

We have received a set of clothing for Ms C and Mr K to try. The t-shirt is incurably soft to touch and the girl’s top comes with eye catching designs. The clothing feels true to size and fits both of them well.

Ms C is wearing this white flowery top and short jeans. The pattern on the top is beautifully stitched and has no back neck label. The short jeans have bright neon buttons to give a funky look with plenty of pockets. It is also has adjustable elastic band on both sides of the inner jeans.

Mr K is wearing the black stripy top with jeans. The t-shirt is soft to touch and comes with buttons and a small pocket on the left side. The jeans comes with an adjustable waistline which is designed to fit 9 – 10 year old. Mr K finds them comfortable to wear.

We have washed both of these items of clothing and they didn’t shrink or lose colour. Overall, we love these items of clothing. They are fashionable, fun and comes with reasonable price tags. I would definitely buy them again.  For the first time, Nutmeg is now in every Morrisons store, do check them out – Nutmeg!

Disclosure: We received the samples for the purposes of writing this review, however all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
