Recently, Barbie has collaborated with Mango to launch an elegant collection of chic, pop-art inspired tops. The collection starts from £12.99 and is now available in all Mango Kids stores across Europe.
We have received the Barbie sweatshirt which is in grey colour with evasé design. It has a rounded neck in cable knit, long sleeve with elastic cuffs and embroidered with sequins. The sweatshirt size available from aged 5 to 14.
We have ordered Ms C who is a six year old, a 7 – 8 year old size sweatshirt (128cm). I tend to order the clothing slightly big for her age. The shirt length just fits around her waist but her sleeves were quite long for her. The sweatshirt is quite true to their age. She likes that the sweatshirt is quite loose around the body and it makes it easy for her to remove. The material is very soft (90% cotton) and comfortable to wear. The print on the front of the sweatshirt looks great and Ms C loves the colour.
This is suitable for machine washing at up to 30°C wash but not for tumble dry. It washed well and it has kept its original shape. Ms C wears it well and is very pleased with it. Now she wants to wear it to go to her weekly gym club to keep her warm. I am looking forward to checking out their collections in a Mango Kids store soon.
