Lazy Arm Review

21 September 2015 by Eileen

Need a helping hand? Why not try out this Lazy Arm to free your hands for doing something else instead? This funky and functionally designed flexible smartphone holder can be clipped onto most surfaces except for anything overly thick like a thick wooden table. It works perfectly on my bedside drawers, kitchen top and desk! I am so pleased that I can watch the video at eye level and free my hands!

Inside the box, it comes with just the clip and the stand. There are no instructions provided but they are not necessary as it is very easy to fix just by looking at the photo on the box.

I do find the stand is hard to bend and balance but once I get to the right weight distribution, it works perfectly! I guess it needs to be this stiff because of the length of the extension.  It does wobble slightly when you type on your smartphone.

I used the clip with my Samsung K Zoom and my husband’s Samsung Note 3 and both are compatible. The width of my phone is 7.1 cm and my husband’s phone is 8.2 cm (with a silicone case). It is compatible with most smartphones but it is best to research before you buy.

Overall the Lazy Arm is great value for money and we love it.  I can’t fault it.  The quality is great and I just hope that this will last for a long time!  This Lazy Arm costs £8.95 and it is available to buy from Genie Gadgets.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review however all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

I have been thinking of getting one of these as my arm aches a lot when holding a phone. I have a Samsung smartphone so it seems like it might be worth giving it a go.

It was great. My husband is using it but refused me to take photo of him.
