Easy Nails Spa Review

15 July 2015 by Eileen

Easy Nails Spa is a new product from Character Online which is suitable for children aged 5+. This set is perfect if your child loves painting nails or having a girly sleepover with their friends!

This spa paints your nails at a touch of a button! Its arm will dip into the nail vanish and position and paint in 3 simple steps. The nail guard ensures it doesn’t overpaint on to the skin. There are buttons on either side of the spa to ensure you can easily paint both sets of finger nails with ease. The adjustable polish holder means you can use any polish with the spa.

Inside the box, it comes with:

  • Nail spa
  • 3 removable brush heads
  • 2 washable easy peel polishes (pink and purple)
  • Glitter tube
  • 20 gemstones
  • Instructions

It comes with a very convenient handle on the side to make the spa very portable! It requires 3 AA batteries which are not included. The on/off button can be found on the base of the spa. On the spa arm, it has easy release purple buttons to release the brush heads to change. To clean the brushes just rinse with warm water and wipe it clean with a warm damp cloth. There is a white reset button to reset the arm back to the right position if there is an error.

On the other end of the spa, it has two modes; setup and play and a dial to adjust the height of the bottle holder if you are using a different nail vanish other than the one provided. If you want to use with other nail vanish, your bottle has to be between 18-30mm width and 42-51mm height.

Both of my children were very impressed with the spa especially as it starts to dip and paint! It took a long time for my 6 six old daughter to master the way to position her fingers. Her nails were very small so it didn’t take long for her to have them painted. My seven year old son also had a go and finds it easy to move around.

They are available to buy from Character Online, good retail shops and Amazon at RRP £29.99. My daughter prefers the old fashion way for me to paint her nails. I think this is a fun gadget that lots of young girls will enjoy, especially if they have a sleepover and this would be a great way to keep them entertained for a while. Overall this is a fun and easy to use nail spa, but it does take a while to master the way to position your nails to have them painted.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review however all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

I like the concept, but I think Miss A would make more mess than if she did it manually.

We really struggled with this product and found it flicked the paint on for us. Was a shame as J was so excited. Found it much cleaner and quicker to do it by hand. 🙁

We didn’t have the nail vanish flicking paint at us but I totally agreed that using hand is much faster!

I was wondering about this product and about nail position, looks a bit tricky for little ones but I like that the nail varnish is washable
