Want to own the most disgusting and ugly hound? Now Character Online had added a new range of The Ugglys includes Rudey the Pug, Barf the St Bernard and Belcher the Dalmatian.
We are already a proud owner of Dark who is adorable. Belcher the Dalmatian is one of the new range of The Ugglys. The functions of the interactive, electronic pets are the same as before. The gross electronic pup-pet Ugglys are programmed with 30 gross sounds. By squeezing the head and mouth it makes a lot of gross sounds like farting, burping etc. On the side collar, there is a warp dial and a fly button. Turning the warp dial changes the pitch up and down while burping or farting. While the fly button is to hear flies buzzing and holding the button keeps them buzzing for longer.
In the box, there is a pug puppet, putrid profile and instruction booklet. It includes 3x AAA batteries. If you need to change the batteries, you will need a small Philips screwdriver to remove the screw from the battery compartment. The front part of the pug is made from rubbery materials while the back of the pug is made from a hard plastic cover. It fits both children’s hands well and they are able to operate the puppets well. It is suitable for 5 years and above.
My daughter decided to call her pug Princess Elsa!?? So now Princess Elsa is making more uncouth noises than you could ever imagine!
This is the video we made with Dark pug (2013) to show you how it works: https://youtu.be/-eKKsrLKqHs
This is a fun, gross toy for all boys and girls. Last year, when my son had his Dark pug whom he named Poo Poo, Ms C was not very keen and was a little afraid of it. But now, a year on at 5years old she’s used to it, and loves playing with it!
It is a fantastic way to play tricks on your friends with the sounds and actions. Both my children thinks they are great toys. The mask is well made with fine attention to detail. I rate this 4 stars out of 5 for fun value.
