TinyMe Personalised Items Review

29 October 2013 by Eileen 5 Comments

A few weeks ago, I was invited to attend a dinner event with TinyMe.  Before that, I had not heard of them before nor used their products.  It was great that I was able to see their beautiful personalised products.  It was really enjoyable night and it was great to meet some fellow bloggers.  We were each given a voucher to spend on their website.
TinyMe is based in Australia and they have an office in Birmingham.  They sell a fantastic wide range of personalised items for children like name labels, lunch bags, wooden puzzles, wall stickers and calendars, and have been doing so since 2006.  Now they even sell personalised calendars and gift cards etc.
They also have an unique icon creator to make your own computerised avatar of your child.  How cool is that!  You are able to select the facial features, style, colour and accessories.  Then apply them on the products you would like to buy.
There are so many products to choose from their website.  I decided to ask both children what they wanted.  Mr K chose a red mini messenger bag and star wall stickers.  While Ms C chose butterfly wall stickers and for me, I got myself a personalised chalkboard planner.  The website is very straightforward and easy to look around.  Everything is step by step and clearly labelled.
This mini messager bag is just the right size (25cm high x 22cm wide) for him to bring out for any occasion including going to school or going out with friends.  This comes in 3 main colours (red, pink, and blue) and have a huge range of different designs and colours.  It is made from a very durable 600 Denier Polyester with contrast piping material and the strap is adjustable.  It is very well padded inside to protect bag contents.  Mr K totally loves it particularly as he chose the colour theme and avatar by himself.  He got himself a sheriff badge!  He is so proud of it!
Next is the wall stickers.  I was amazed with the quality of the wall stickers.  While most nursery wall stickers are made from vinyl, their wall stickers and decals are made from a fine-weave fabric that doesn’t stretch and will stick to almost any surface including, brick, glass, and painted walls.
They are removable and re-positionable, making them perfect nursery decorations or fun new additions to an established kids bedroom.  We bought the mini stars and butterflies.  They come in an A5 size sheet and are available in 8 versatile colourways.  They are easy to peel off and apply on the wall.  The colour is very sweet.  They are surprisingly quite small but when we applied it on the wall, it was able to cover a section of the wall.  They add a WOW factor to the children’s bedrooms now.  They are brilliant!
I had ordered myself a personalised chalkboard planner.  They come a range of 3 different layouts, 4 different layout designs and 3 different sizes.  I chose a standard size which is an A3 size planner.  It is made from non-PVC film coated with a removable adhesive.  It is like a thick wall sticker.  It is easy to write and clean off!  I have stuck it on my wallpaper and I originally had it accidentally just off horizontal so I quickly peeled it off and reapplied it which was easy to do.  I am happy with the quality and also with it being personalised.  It makes it extra special!
Even though they are based in Australia, they shipped it over very quickly.  I ordered them on Sunday afternoon and I received it within 5 working days.  The postage is very reasonable and payment is by credit card or PayPal.  Some items will take up to 9 working days.  I am very pleased with their delivery time!
I rate them 5 stars out of 5 for the wide range and the quality of the items.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Disclosure: I was invited to attend a dinner event and received a voucher to spend on their website.
