Baby Announcement with PaperShaker

2 August 2013 by Eileen

Recently, my sister gave birth to two gorgeous baby boys and I would like to take this chance to make her a baby announcement card. PaperShaker has it all! They have Baby Announcement and Baby Thank You cards, Kids/Adult party invitations and Wedding stationery. In Baby Announcement, there are so many to choose from and after spending 15 minutes looking at them all. I finally narrow them down to a few by filtering by gender, colour and photo etc.  This is what the final product looks like:

Baby Announcement with PaperShaker

I opted for the A6 landscape card which is about the same size as a typical postcard. The front of the card is glossy and the photos are very clear. I download these two photos from my sister’s Facebook account so they were not the originals but they look great. Editing the text is very simple and straightforward. On the back of the card, you are able to write/print your message but I opted to have that blank which allows me space to write a handwritten message. White envelopes are provided. Each personalised card costs £0.99 which is good value.

If you have not heard of PaperShaker before, they are brand new and launched only a few months ago.  They are dedicated to helping you create truly unique cards and stationery to celebrate and share life’s most memorable moments. Their collections boast a wide range of inspired designs, created in collaboration with 22 skilled designers exceptional for their superior quality and appearance. They are part of the Photobox family, a successful photobook and printing company in France.

Disclosure: We received a code to buy the cards for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

The most beautiful and best card I have ever received, was the one my husband gave to me after the birth of our little girl. In it, he wrote straight from the heart, and even now, when I read it, it makes me cry!
