Remember to set your festive clock for Tickety Toc as a brand new half-hour special of pre-school series ‘Christmas Present Time’ will premiere on Nick Jr. at 12:30pm tomorrow Saturday 30th November 2013.
It’s Christmas Eve, and as Tickety Town prepares for Christmas, a shock crash landing by Santa throws everything into turmoil! The reindeers have caught a chill, Santa’s sleigh is broken and all the presents are spread across Tickety Town! But our inseparable heroes, Tommy and Tallulah, come to the rescue with a plan to save Christmas as they gather up all the presents and use McCoggins’ balloon to deliver them to everyone in Tickety Town. During the trip a huge storm blows them off course and pops their balloon. Luckily their faithful friend, Pufferty the Puppy Dog Train is on hand to help and combined with some Magic Christmas Sparkle Dust he believes he can fly and become Santa’s big helper!
This show is about 22 minutes long. We were so excited to watch a preview screening via YouTube. Both of my children enjoyed watching it. This is the first time that they have watched Tickety Toc. They both had no idea that Tommy and Tallulah are inseparable twin heroes and along with their remarkable friends, they race against time to keep the clock ticking and chime in time. Behind the face of the Tickety Toc Clock lies an extraordinary world where things don’t always run so smoothly. Watch them for their madcap adventures, exploring concepts of teamwork, social responsibility and problem solving in a fun and engaging way.
This Christmas special is well written and engaging. It tells the story of how teamwork make things work to help make Christmas dreams come true. So, do your children believe in Christmas? What did you do to make Christmas special? Do remember to join them for their after-show Twitter party which will start at 1-2 pm to win some amazing Tickety Toc toys. Do follow them @TicketyTocUK!
Disclosure: We have received a gift from Tickety Toc for the purposes of writing this post, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
