Pokémon Gift Guide 2017

13 December 2017 by Eileen

Are you a Pokémon fan? If so then don’t miss out on these fabulous Pokémon goodies that I am showing you today Pokémon Gift Guide! Pokémon burst onto the video game scene in Japan back in 1996, and today, Pokémon continues to be a global phenomenon and one of the most successful video game franchises of all time!

Pokémon Gift Guide 2017

Mr K and Ms C are huge fans of Pokémon and our most recent trip to Japan included a visit to Pokémon Centre, Osaka! The amount of toys they bought in Japan was ridiculous! They were absolutely thrilled when they saw these Pokémon goodies: TOMY Pokémon Battle Action Figures, Pokémon Poké Ball Trainer socks from Bioworld Europe, Pokémon Destruction Fang Theme Trading cards, Pokémon Crimson Invasion Theme Trading cards and TOMY Popplio Plush.

TOMY Pokémon Battle Action Figures comes with three-inch figures with four points of articulation which make it easy to create action poses that capture the emotion of battle. We have received Pichu and Komala. They also have Lycanroc, Lycanroc, Pikipek Vs Clefairy and Salandit Vs Pikachu.

Pokémon Poké Ball Trainer socks from Bioworld Europe feature a red and white Poké Ball motif. They are thin socks and they are well made.

Pokémon Destruction Fang Theme Trading cards and Pokémon Crimson Invasion Theme Trading cards are 60-card pre constructed decks and are designed to introduce players to the Pokémon Trading Card Game by enabling them to play right away. They also sell booster packs which contain 10 additional cards selected from the expansion and a code card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. Both children were so excited and had a great time battling each other. They are available at selected retailers and Amazon.

Lastly is the TOMY Popplio Plush. My daughter loves this plush toy and it is very well made with high quality materials. It is tough enough for a play battle and soft enough for bedtime. It measures eight inches and it is suitable for ages three and above. It is available at selected retailers and Amazon.

The original premise was to create something that would capture the childhood wonder of discovering new creatures, collecting them and sharing the experience with friends. Over 20 years on, that vision remains at the heart of Pokémon’s appeal to the global market – discovering, collecting, battling, trading and sharing. These wide range of products are sure to delight many fans!

My grandson has discovered Pokemon and I am amazed by the number of different characters there are and how quickly he is learning all about them!
