Space Wars Aerovane Target Blaster Review

22 February 2017 by Eileen Leave a Comment

This Space Wars Aerovane Target Blaster is an awesome set that comes with a spinning motorised rotation target and a lightweight space-inspired blaster featuring foam darts. It is suitable for aged four and above. Inside the box, it comes with six magnetic targets, Aerovane with stands, motor hub, 12 foam darts, blaster and dart clip. The motor hub requires 2 AA batteries which are not included.

Instructions were not included but assembling the set is very quick and straightforward. You just need to put the Aerovane target together and there are just a few stickers to stick on the target plates. All I needed was to refer to the picture on the front of the box. The instructions to load the air blaster can be found on the bottom of the box. To prime the blaster, insert the foam dart, slide back and release the prime blaster. It is then ready to shoot. The blaster is very lightweight, chunky and easy to hold by little hands. The blaster does feel plasticky but I was surprised and impressed with how powerful the foam dart shoots out.

The motorised Aerovane target moves quite slowly and quietly which is great for children to practise their shooting skills. It is very sturdy when it is set up and it is also very easy to disassemble to keep it away.

Mr K always wanted a moving target to practice his shooting and we’ve constructed various homemade gadgets to try to do this in the past so this is perfect for him. He has had a lot of fun playing with it.

Overall this is a great toy for children who loves to practise their shooting skills and it makes a great party game for young and old. The toy is good value for money and it is available to buy from Amazon.
