We had reviewed the first book a few months ago, which tells the story of how Monstar finds a home. Jon and Jen wanted to own a pet. Their parents who are scientists decided to invent a pet for them instead! So they invent a pet called Monstar who is a green fluffy pet with a brown patch in the shape of a star over one eye.
This is the third book and it tells the how Monstar finds a magic lamp in the Top Secret workshop. This is Mum and Dad’s latest invention and it grants you a wish. So be careful what you wish for as it does not always turn out to be great. There is always a side effect. So how do they sort this problem? Who came to save the day? Read to find out more!
Mr K was able to read it well for his age and enjoyed reading the book. The storyline is interesting and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this range of books. It is available to buy in good bookshops and Amazon.
