Last month, we had reviewed Algy’s Amazing Adventures at Sea book. This new book describes Algy’s adventure in Space. Algy, his best friend Cherry and her little brother Brad discover that the shed at the bottom of the garden takes them on an adventure.
This time, the portal takes them into space and as usual Algy is very cautious about any new place while Cherry and Brad is very excited on the new adventure. They were happily exploring the weightlessness of space until they meet a robot dog. What is this robot dog doing in the middle of the space and where is his owner? The robot dog befriends the intrepid adventurers and leads them to it’s owner who turns out is trapped down a hole. They help rescue the owner and it leads them to an interesting find. Do read it and find out yourself!
The storyline is interesting and easy to read. Mr K did moan that the book was too much for him to read in one go. The book is spilt into six chapters but he got drawn into the story and was so eager to find out what happened that in the end, we read it all. Overall it is another enjoyable book for Mr K to read.
