Brother Max Sports Bottle Review

28 July 2013 by Eileen

Have you ever wanted to take two different drinks out with you and so needed to fill up two bottles/containers for it? Well Brother Max has a convenient solution to that – the Two Drinks Cooler Sports Bottle has a unique inner and outer bottle. In this packet, you will have one inner and outer bottle, leak-proof lid and a freezer cap. We love how clever this bottle is as it can be used in a number of different ways.

Brother Max Sports Bottle Review

The four ways to use this unique sports bottle:

  1. Two separate drinks such as juice in one chamber and water in the other, with two separate spouts allowing little ones to choose for themselves
  2. One single larger drink (without inserting the Inner Bottle)
  3. Freeze the Inner Bottle to keep the outer drink colder for longer
  4. Once the Inner Bottle has thawed, you have the option of a genuine second drink

The free-flow, leak-proof lid and two spouts to drink from is also useful for allowing siblings to share the bottle without worrying about germs. The twist and pull spouts are easy to grip by small fingers. There is a nice decent flow to the drinks from the spouts. I tried to freeze water in the inner bottle and there is a line to show me where to stop filling. The freezer cap seals tight and it is ready for freezing. Once it freezes, it takes some effort to pop out the cap or if you leave it out a few minutes it becomes easier.

The bottle is BPA-free, is easy to clean and grips well for small hands. The bottle holds 340ml if using as one drink. If using as two drinks, it holds 220ml in the outer bottle and 125ml in the inner bottle. My two tips are to put in the inner bottle before you fill up the outer bottle and to always put your child’s favourite drink on the outer bottle.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.
