Arthur Price Monsoon Eloquence Cutlery Set

23 June 2013 by Eileen

Recently, I met Simon Price, the CEO of Arthur Price and had a look at their factory shop. They are a family run company based in Lichfield which is local to me. I asked if I could review their Monsoon Arthur Price 24 Piece Cutlery Set. Monsoon is one of my favourite high street shops and I love their designs. With two big names combining to make a range of cutlery, I could not wait to try them out.

Having used the set for two weeks now, I cannot fault them at all. They are beautiful, elegant and a real pleasure to use.

hey are:

  • 6 table knives
  • 6 table forks
  • 6 dessert spoons
  • and 6 teaspoons

They come in a well presented rectangular gift box. They would definitely make one of the nicest home warming gifts you would ever want to give or receive! They are made from 18/10 stainless steel and each utensil is beautifully crafted with no sharp corners. They are well balanced with a satisfying weight that exudes quality.

I would highly recommend them and would rate them 5 stars out of 5. At £99 RRP (or less in sales), I believe they represent good value for money as it comes with a 50 year guarantee. They are timeless and perfect for everyday use. The box sets are available in 16, 24 or 44 pieces  and they are dishwasher safe. You can buy direct through their website or in person through their factory shop. If you are not local to Lichfield, they can also be found in John Lewis and Debenhams department stores and other online shops.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

It does look like a really nice set – you can see the quality and the weight. I’d be terrified of mine throwing them in the bin by accident when they’re sorting the washing up!

They look very nice. Perhaps when 6yo isn’t so small and drops my cutlery outside on the decking and I lose random pieces through the gaps
