Masterpiece Home Wood Door Mat

4 May 2013 by Eileen

I was given a Masterpiece Home Wood Door Mat for review from elinens. They are an online specialist in home linen and they offer an extensive range of beautiful quality products for your home from all the brand leaders. This is made to look like a wood door mat. They are not made from real wood but the effect is very deceptive. In fact, it is made from 100% recycled rubber from car tyres. The PA flocked fibres surface with the wood effect is laid onto the heavy duty non-slip rubber base to create these unique and original designs. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.  It does a great job cleaning out shoes before the children enter from the garden. The flocked fibre surface provides excellent scraping especially this time of the year where the children tend to go out to the garden to play with their sandbox.

Masterpiece Home Wood Door Mat

The dimensions are 46 x 76 cm which is a good size for a patio door. It is very heavy duty and non-slip. It should not fly off that easily during strong wind if it placed outdoor. It looks very stylish and would suit both classic and contemporary decor. I rate this 5 stars out of 5 as it is very unique and creates an inviting atmosphere in my house. The RRP is £15.97 which is very reasonable for the size and quality of the door mat.

Disclosure: We received the sample for the purposes of writing this review, however, all thoughts and opinions remain our own.

I really love that door mat – it’s gorgeous. Brilliant that it’s made from recycled car tyres too – I know one thing that’ll be on my Christmas list 🙂

That looks great – you would think it was real wood from looking at it 🙂

It looks good I like the wooden effect. We need to buy a new doormat, I just got from ikea quite a cheap one and its not looking its best any more.
