My children would so excited when they saw the new release Beano Dennis the menace and gnasher DVD. They are now available in Amazon and all good retailers. This is the Come Menace with Me Volume 1 DVD which was released on 10 February 2014.
The DVD lasts for 72 fun-filled minutes with six new episodes from Series 4.
Episodes includes:
- Come Menace With Me
- Sick as a Parrot
- Dennis’s School Dinners
- Escape from Detention
- Way of the Tiger
- Stunt Gran
Each episode lasts about 10 minutes. Both children were glued to the television and engrossed with the show. I would say that they are fun to watch and the tricks that Dennis played were not that bad, really! They are mostly playground tricks. I don’t think my children would turn into bad children from watching it. I believe that by giving them proper adult guidance they would know what tricks they can or can’t play.
This DVD also comes with bonus tracks:
- Ultimate Sandwich
- Duck!
- Ultra Stink Bomb
- Surprise Ambush
- Hedge Fun
- Hook, Line and Sinker
Each are about one minute long. These are like highlights of the tricks Dennis played.
This DVD also come with a limited edition Dennis Joke poster. Mr K is very pleased with it and wants to learn and practise it on his friends.
I think this DVD is hilarious and great to de-stress after a busy day at school. This is definitely recommended for any Dennis fans.

My son hasn’t come across the Dennis cartoons yet but he had the annual which he loved so I’m sure he would really enjoy this!
I love that Dennis the Menace is still going strong and entertaining a new generation of kids. Practical jokes never go out of fashion.
