Toilet Trouble from Hasbro Review

14 April 2017 by Eileen

Toilet Trouble is a brand new hilarious game from Hasbro. The concept is quite similar concept to Pie Face but instead of getting hit by cream or wet sponge, you get sprayed by water! It is suitable for aged four and above, and for two players onwards.

toilet trouble review

When I first opened the Toilet Trouble box, I noticed the contents were very well protected by cardboard. It comes with a game base, toilet base, toilet tank with toilet paper roll spinner, toilet bowl with lid and instructions. It took me just a couple of minutes to assemble the whole unit. Once everything has clicked into place, it is quite hard to disassemble. It does take up a lot of room! This toilet is very authentic looking and it makes a fun window display. The whole unit is very well made and requires two AA batteries. It does come with demo batteries included but they suggest you to get new batteries.

Before playing the game, fill the toilet bowl with clean tap water to the fill line. Prepare the toilet for gameplay by flushing the handle until water begins to spray.

To play this game is very straightforward. Each player gets to spin the toilet paper roll on their turn and has to press down the handle to flush the toilet the number of times shown on the spinner. If you only hear a flushing sound but no spray when you flush, you are safe and play moves on to the next player. If you get sprayed by the gush of water, you are out. Continue taking turns spinning the roll and flushing until one player has not been sprayed. That player wins the game!

The spray is quite sudden and it is more like a mist than a proper big spray of water. You do get shocked each time you get sprayed. It is good fun and hilarious at the same time. I have been accidentally spray by my children while they were testing it. The Toilet Trouble is simple to play and will appeal to many adventurous children. It is a great party game too. This is available to buy from good toy retailers and Amazon.
