Dare to risk getting cream on your face? I think Pie Face is one of the most exciting and fun dare games for children and adults! It is all down to luck!
Pie Face is suitable for children aged four and above. Inside the box, there is 1 pie thrower, 1 throwing arm, 2 yellow handles, 1 chin rest, 1 splash card mask, 1 spinner and 1 small sponge. There are no batteries required for this machine. Piecing together is straightforward but I find it hard to slot in the splash card mask to the underside of the chin rest to secure the mask in place. So I just left the card hanging on the edge which still works fine.
We have played it with our friends and most of them were scared except my son who loves cream. If you didn’t want to put cream, simply wet the sponge that is provided and replace the cream. Or leave it empty! The throwing arm is good enough to scare most of them!
The aim of the game is to be the first player to score 25 points to win. To play this game, the youngest player goes first and spins the spinner to find out how many times they must turn the handles. Then they place their chin on the rest and turn the handles the required number of clicks. Make sure that they turn forward and not backward. If they don’t get hit, they score double the points on the spinner. If they get pie faced, they score no points. Also a player may elect not to take their full turn, for example, if they spin 5, they may elect to turn the handles just twice and then stop. If they do this, they only score 2 points. A player scores double only if they take their full turn.
