Would you like to learn how to build your own dragon boat race game? This is a very fun racing game that everyone will love. Thanks to Bostik for giving us this opportunity to make this video.
To do this boat race, you will need:
- Paper boat – use thick square paper and coat with wax
- Straw – we used bubble milk tea straws which you can get from a Chinese supermarket
- Gutters with seals – DIY shops
- Bostik Glue Stick
- Decorative items eg glitter
In this video, Mr K will show you how to make a simple boat and decorate it. As we are going to use the paper boat for racing, we did think that the paper would soak through. To prevent this, we used candle wax to coat/rub on the paper and some of them used tape to tape the bottom of the boat. We did have bubble wrap and foam but this proved too difficult to stick on the paper boat. Next, fill up the gutters with water and now you are ready to race! Ready, steady, blow!
